Liverpool are the latest Premier League club to confirm their participation in this summer's International Champions Cup (ICC).
The Reds will join Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham in the tournament, which features some of the biggest clubs across the world.
Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Juventus are among a string of Europe's top team teams also taking part in the pre-season tournament.
Jurgen Klopp's side elected to play in the Audi Cup in Munich last summer and last featured in the International Champions Cup in 2016.
The fixtures, dates and venues for the competition will be confirmed later this week at an event in Miami.
Sky sources understand that one of Liverpool's ICC matches will be played at the largest stadium in America, the 107,000 capacity Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor.
