Unreal. The intro was amazing. 
 

Had had enough of Keaveny on 6Music and turned it over to KEXP and there it was. Glorious.

As a side note, just found out Keaveny is leaving 6Music soon. Great news. He’s not as annoying in the afternoon as he was in the morning but he’s still deeply irritating.

I won a competition, run by my local record shop on Facebook. Guess the score of the England v Denmark game to win a signed copy of the debut album by the Irish rock band Inhaler.  I had never heard of them so didn't know what to expect. Only after winning did I find out that its Bono's son's band and bloody hell you can tell. It's like listening to a U2/Coldplay collaboration. Not my bag at all. It'll slide into the collection, never to feel the gentle touch of the needle again in all liklihood. 

 

Wish I was cheeky enough to ask if I could swap it for the Pure Phase reissue instead.
