Gonna make tomorrow very interesting if anyone's given too much today.

Galibier t'other way, Croix de Fer & Alpe d'Huez 😳

I've done all 3 of those, but on 3 different days.  :D

Amazing day. Thought Pog was imperious. Until he wasn’t.

bit cocky wasnt he, thought he had enough to cover everything JV had to throw at him. Thought G was immense too, he looked cooked on the Galibier and then steadily did what he does best.

Enjoy is the wrong word, but which one did you favour..?

the bike handling of Pidcock, Van Aert and Der Poel is unreal.. on the first day time trial in the wet with all the cornering those guys just floated through.. all that cyclocross experience..

Van Aert again though... what a job he's doing on this tour. On GCN commentary they reckoned he could be the green jersey, mutiple stage winner, most combatative and the best domestique..

I'd go with Croix de Fer and Glandon of the 3.

Galibier is relentless.

and Huez, I went too hard at the start and that didn't help.

telegraph and Galibier took me 3 hours 10 mins..

What is Vingegaard's time trialling like in relation to Pogacar?

It seems the stages left where Pogacar could take time are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the Pyrenees or the 40km time trial on Saturday.

Pretty much where I am with this tour. Our downtime at the B&B pretty much coincides with when the Tour stage is on so watched most of it and it's been a load of fun.

Vingegaard a worthy winner but would have been interesting to see what Pogacar could have done without his domestiques dropping like flies. Very creditable podium (baring disasters) for G at 36 years old.
